The night is a perfect time for the skin, when the body is not busy for the skin to rejuvenate and repair all the damaged cells. 1. A Good Cleansing

After a long day at work, your face and skin were exposed to a very hostile environment. A lot of dust and debris will have collected on the skin surface. Some of it will have clogged the skin pores.
