Yachting On Seafarer, Palm Beach, Florida
A yacht trip is the most beautiful way of experiencing the glory of Palm Beach, Florida. The serene blue waters of Lake Worth Inlet connecting the northern part of the Lake Worth Lagoon in Palm Beach County, with the Atlantic Ocean is a perfect place for some great sailing. Recently I went to experience sailing on private yacht 101′ Seafarer Hargrave at Palm Beach, Florida.
I’ve been to cruise dining experience several times as its one of the perks of staying in Florida but never went for a private sailing experience. So I was really excited about it.
We reached Sailfish Marina Resort located in West Palm Beach, Florida which is a favorite docking in the Palm Beaches. It is the closest marina to the Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet and only 45 miles from the Bahamas. We were about to board Seafarer from there.
A Warm Welcome
We were accompanied by Nicole Haboush who is the president and director of charters, while boarding Seafarer. Nicole welcomed our group and introduced us to Captain Tom and other crew members. Captain Tom greeted our group as well as briefed us the safety instructions. The crew members were highly skilled, hospitable and took the great care of our group making us feel at home.
Now let me show you some sneak-peak of Seafarer and I bet that it will make you spellbound!
Salon Looking AFT
Seafarer has all of the today’s seafaring “necessities” such as flat screen televisions, WiFi and original artwork throughout. The commodious salon offers wonderful views, a full entertainment system, cozy conversation areas, and a game table. The formal dining area adjacent seats eight at the custom inlaid table.
The Bedrooms
Seafarer can accommodate 8 guests in 4 staterooms (cabins). Each stateroom is finished in high gloss sapele and furnished with custom fabrics, generous storage areas, entertainment systems, and natural light. Each stateroom has suite facilities beautifully appointed with granite and marble. The king master amidships features a vanity, settee, built-in bookcase, and a his-and-her bathroom with a shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. Aft are the queen stateroom and a convertible twin (to king) with Pullman berth. The VIP stateroom is forward with a private entrance and a king-size bed. Each stateroom is uniquely configured and furnished, offering the luxury and spaciousness of the finest hotels. It’ll definitely give you an experience of sailing in the luxury hotel!
The Sundeck
The sundeck is the perfect getaway. This was my favorite place in Seafarer to soak the ultimate yachting experience. This is the place to soak in the Jacuzzi, sun, dine, or relax in the warm sun or cool shade. Under the cover is the steering station with two wide bench seats where you can watch your progress underway. The crew serves refreshing drink and grills up lunch on the large barbecue.
The Aft Deck
The aft deck just after the main salon is pleasant under cover area with fold down television and bar. You can sit, relax and enjoy the mesmerizing view around.
I had an amazing yachting experience on Seafarer. Relaxing on deck with a drink in your hand while taking sunbathing and enjoying the breathtaking landscape around, you can’t ask for anything more! It’s an ultimate luxury!
Do share your experience if you have been to the yachting getaway in the comments below or if not, when are you planning your yachting getaway?

June 8, 2016I want to go yachting now! I’m not a big fan of those little dinner cruises, but THIS I can do. I’m assuming it’s super expensive? Is there a price range you can share?
