The area just below your ear needs to be given special attention since this is where your temporomandibular joint is located. After that, massage your way back to the nose. Repeat this method three times. This practice tones down your cheek muscles.

February 27, 2017My skin’s always dry when i travel. I’ve gotten used to the humidity of the tropics and coupled with harsh air-conditioning for most of the day, recipe for disaster. Do you normally check in the oils in your luggage or carry them on-board?
Airport security policy varies from country to country and i’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to get rid of my small liquid bottles in a ziploc bag as well.
