November 30, 2016Jakarta’s one great big place similar to my native homeland, but there’s a huge difference between tradition and class for the former. Thumbs up to their hotels as well, they serve real authentic Indo food, nothing like them.

November 29, 2016Ana, I’ve always heard “fly in & get out” as far as Jakarta is concerned. Since I’m a big city guy, I’d love to explore for at least a day or two. Their language is very easy as well compared to most of Southeast Asia. I did visit Kuta in Bali back in 2014. I clicked through to your list of most dangerous cities. Acapulco surprised me, but the only time I was threatened was in Cape Town. And I’ve been to 41 countries.
